No summer is complete without a trip to the seaside and it was wonderful to take a trip to  north part of germany  to a place called Travemunde First idea was to see a town called Lubeck. It is on the list of cultural sites on the Unesco world heritage places and it was worth the trip -  but for me I was more eager to get to the sea. There is nothing like the smell of the sea  and the sound of the waves. Travemunde is a ideal place to spend the day or holidays sitting on the beach or walking along the lovely boardwalk.  MIX and MATCH outfits  made simple. I finally found a kimono I like and one that does not look like something you would wear in the mornings. A pretty  print with a floral motif. Something nice about kimonos they are lightweight to pack, light like a feather to wear, flowey and free. This was my pick for my trip to the seaside. So glad I found it as it matches well with the other things and later can be worn  with a nice simple dress under. A very versatile idea and most important comfortable to wear on hot summers .

 THE BERLIN TOUR,,,,  AND A FEW MORE PLACES TO DINE I adore Italian foods especially anything in tomatoes.  so when we wanted to try to find a place to have dinner one night ,  we went to a place recommended by our friend .and it was well worth  it.  A lovely Italian restaurant Sagrantino.  It was packed with people and we were lucky to get a table outside.  A very pleasant place to savor a delicious dinner . Even some cozy red blankets to cover up if you  get chilly. Nothing like the ambience of evenings sitting outdoors and sipping good wine and devouring italian dishes made to perfection .  Again the food was great and selection superb and the service attentive. Definitely a great place to stop for italian dinner and wines. The food was delicious tasty and well worth it.   Another great dining spot in Berlin! MY KIND OF STYLE:::::  for a nice casual dinner out.

We all read  or look  at fashion magazines  and of course we all know some of the designers who made it big in Fashion.   From Diane von Furstenberg with her famous WRAP dress,  Betsy Johnson with her colorful fun quirky styles, Vivienne Westwood with the undefined looks  and the French designer Sonia Rykiel the knit Queen from the 60s. started by creating the Poor boy sweater . She also fashioned clothing with seams on the outside, left hems unfinished and slogans on sweaters.  Her sweaters were also a favorite of actress Audrey Hepburn.  She was one to  introduce knitwear to fashion runways. with bold colors,patterns and stripes. A style most women can wear and not only that - but is comfortable and stylish. I love sweater dresses and her fashions most anyone can wear.
