HAPPY AUGUST EVERYONE! Well the month of July has flown by with some interesting moments and a few not so fun ones. But that is how it is - sometimes things happen we don't plan for or expect. Besides the extra hot weather and a few outings it was an okay summer, but we plan a short trip and are getting some visitors this month . So I hope it wont be as hot. From film fests, garden ideas and pool projects these are few things that were planned. OUT & ABOUT Some of things I did check out were the film fest around town, a nice way to spend the evening. even then it was still fairly warm in the night. FLOWER & MORE FLOWERS The other thing I wanted to get done was adding a few more plants on the veranda. So we got a lovely lavender plant. Nothing like the fragrance of lavender, I only hope it grows and flowers , as it does need a lot of sun, which is a problem here...
