FIZZY FRIDAYS ........ CHEERS TO YOU! Do you celebrate those special moments with a glass of Champagne?  Be it a wedding, birthday or new addition to the  family.  IT is always nice to have a glass of bubbly  now and then, don't  you think?? Its now popular to have Fizzy Fridays.  Yes that is the latest.  But its not the expensive Champagne that people are popping the cork on, its Prosecco  that is the bubbly to drink.  Girls especially like it. LOVE THEM , OR HATE THEM I have always liked polka dots, in most color combos . black white, brown cream and so on. And a few dresses have made  a lot of women wish they had that dress. Fashion in films is  a place to get some wonderful inspiration.  The marilyn monroe  dress, grace kelly or Julia R. and many others.   The one look that comes to mind is that dress from the film -  Pretty women.  Its a very feminine and  a classic look. Of course it is a movie, but that style would  still be wearable now.  with the hat too. NEW THINGS ... be it fashion or more It always seems fall is a great time to try new  things , be it in fashion, or a new course, or something creative. Lately I have  been working on a project to make our place more minimal    So making something for a special room or space is something  I would like to try. Firstly the front entry way. Well this is the main entrance and only entrance . It is okay, but really lacks  warmth  or color.  An all white  tall closet, shoe storage and a lot of doors 4 in total. ITs long and narrow with no where to place your purse or sit down.  NOT my Favourite ideal place. Storage is limited , and  my guy picked all the things for the place.- before my time. An all male decor. So to start off  I think it will  nice change to warm the spot up. GO FIGURE Today as I was looking or admiring the beautiful photos not fashion related but of nature and the amazing places on earth. I came across one  instragram  called  living life with no limits. What  a wonderful true saying  but what caught me eye was one of the posts.  The young woman  takes some amazing photos and also shares some great personal notes.   The post that caught my eye was the photo of her  standing proudly on a rugged beach in her swimsuit. Her post was about body shaming - well I say Hurray to more women doing that. HANG ON TO YOUR PLASTICS Looking at the Chanel  SS2018  fashions,  and wondering would we wear plastic in the summer? Okay maybe a raincoat or umbrella is fine. but to wear knee high boots and the other things , well not sure I be keen to wear that. THE BOOST OF VITAMIN C. SO WHY THE TALK ABOUT WHAT WE DRINK. WELL LIVING IN A CITY THAT IS FAMOUS FOR ITS COFFEEHOUSES I THOUGHT IT WAS INTERESTING AND I LIKE TO READ STUDIES AND THIS ONE APPEARED . SO I THOUGHT -  EVERYONE DRINKS ONE OR THE OTHER,  AND  I  WOULD SHARE THE INFORMATION. MORNING BOOSTER  COFFEE IS FOR SOME THE BOOST THEY NEED TO START THE DAY, THE CAFFEINE IN A CUP OF COFFEE IS ABOUT DOUBLE THE AMOUNT , AS IN TEA. DOWNSIDE IS  IT CAN KEEP YOU AWAKE AT NIGHT SO YOU DONT GET ENOUGH SLEEP. TEA HAS THE OPPOSITE EFFECT  HELPS ONE TO SLEEP LONGER AND LESS RESTLESS. THE IDEAL IMAGE We all have looked at the fashion magazines, instagram or advertisements that show the perfect looking girl or guy with the perfect figures, smiles, hair .... and think it be nice to look like that too. So thin, the long legs or 6 pack stomach, the perfect shape or no wrinkles . Well reality is a lot of those images have been altered . I am sure most of us know this,  but believe we change our bodies to look thinner too.  Or if we buy a certain product we will have no wrinkles. Woman and young girls are mostly effected by this steady onslaught of media. and is most likely the reason for the increase in anorexia . The pressure to be perfect or ideal look. Well finally  France has made it illegal to not indicate that any image in magazines or ads  has to state that it has been photoshopped or an  'Edited photo .'  This is a step in the right direction.  I for one admire the young woman that are standing up to the media  .
