KEEPING ACTIVE/ lifestyle

ACTIVE INDOOR LIFE I am sure there are those of us that miss being able to be out , whether with friends or families.  As many of us will have to change our lifestyle for a awhile  , it is important to keep active and  find things to do. I found I can handle being indoors, as long as there is enough to do. Basically there a lot of things to do and try -  whether you like to read, watch tv, try some new recipes etc. Somethings I enjoy a lot is riding my bike, but now it seems bit more odd to be out on the empty streets , though it is safer not many cars. But if you can't or not allowed out then here are a few ideas to keep active LOVE TO BOUNCE AROUND, this mini trampoline is ideal for a small space.... even kids can have fun!
