  FINDING a PERFECT COAT for Winter Time for a bit of  retail therapy,  and now that the weather is starting to get more chilly, my one wish is to find a nice warm coat or jacket to bundle up in.   Even though we are into the second lockdown, things are starting to look better . The news of a vaccine has made me feel huge relief or a heavy weight lifted  I figure  now is good time to get a nice coat. COAT & JACKETS From a casual style or a more dressier one, a nice coat is crucial for winter. One that keeps one warm and cozy against the winds or snow.  DRESSY CLASSIC STYLES. READY FOR WHAT EVER Well the weather is a bit unsettled, mixed with sun and showers-  so wondering what to wear can be a challenge.  One needs to always carry an umbrella or wear a trench coat . THE BUZZ WORD - SUSTAINABLE Everywhere  you will read  about fast fashion and how bad it is for the environment.  And how we as consumers are changing our shopping habits, which is a good thing. Perhaps you are buying less or better made items.  The latest fast fashion company to follow the sustainable i dea is Zara. They want to recycle, reuse your old things . They also are going to use more organic natural materials. I do believe HM started doing the same a few years back, to collect your used items and gave you store credit.  So in some ways it is a good thing, but overall we need to rethink our fashion choices We can start by wearing our clothes in  different ways, making it more versatile. For example; how many pairs of jeans does one need?  or pair of slacks? How often do we shop for new things ? BACK IN STYLE .. WHO KNEW?? Yes the fanny pack is back . Gucci had it on the runway and  plenty more of them.to come this season I am sure. I remember when the fanny was popular for runners or the more older adults but now its going to be making a comeback.   They are compact and easy to find things in, keys, cards, phone and  a lipstick. I must say they are looking way more chic then the ones i  remember .   Here are few fannies packs for those that want to wear it with their jeans, knits tops, or a pair of leather  slacks.  That would be my style . I have to say, I don't mind the fall  and with the cooler temperatures  it is nice to have a stylish coat , poncho or wrap.  I found one I really like.  A classic plaid . I can dress it up or wear it with a pair of slacks or dark jeans for a casual outing. For now I choice to dress it up  with a simple black dress, smart ankle boots and a favorite red purse.
