THE WEEKEND FINALLY! Fridays are for me Freedom day.... the work week is finally over and I can relax, kick off the heels, and enjoy a drink. Its been an unusually hot spring and the summer it seems will be the same. So naturally it nice to be home and sit outside , light the barbecue and enjoy dinner al fresco. Its a thing about summertime that reminds me of summers spent in northern Europe, visiting family and spending the summers boating, eating fresh shrimps and mounds of delicious strawberries.
