LE CHIC MODE

HAPPY EARTH DAY, EVERYONE! April 22nd is a day to celebrate... though we might not think about it these days. But really after reading or seeing photos of cities that suffered from severe pollution, cities with polluted waters and other things. There is something to celebrate, the air is cleaner. the water is clearer  and nature has appeared on city streets, certainly unusual but it maybe a good thing to see how we humans have made a big impact on the earth, via polluted the air and water. So even if we are not happy about being in lockdown there has been a benefit in a many other ways. Today we can perhaps do some small things  around our places  , clean up the yard, plant some flowers or a tree, set up a birdhouse, add a bird bath,  even on a balcony it can be a space to enjoy. Planting flowers that attract the birds, bees and butterflies is ideal. I especially love to sit outside and get the new plants in the pots, hang up wind chimes. One feature ...

HAPPY EARTH DAY - 22 of April is EARTH DAY. WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER IS EARTH IS  ALL OF OUR WERE HOME. THE PLACE WE HAVE TO PROTECT WITH CARE AND ALL THE THINGS THAT ARE PART OF IT. SO WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS FOR THIS  EARTH DAY??? IN THE PAST I WAS PART OF ECOLOGICAL  ORGANIZATION THAT TAUGHT KIDS OF HOW IMPORTANT THE ENVIRONMENT IS TO ALL OF US AND EACH YEAR THEY WOULD SPEND  A WEEKEND OUT PLANTING TREES. WELL I CAN TELL YOU ONE THING, IT WAS GREAT FUN AND THE EXCITEMENT THE KIDS HAD TO TRY AND PLANT AS MANY TREES AS THEY COULD, WAS THE CHALLENGE. SO WHATEVER YOU PLAN TO DO BE IT BIG OR SMALL, THINK ABOUT THE EFFECT YOU AND ALL OF US  HAVE ON THIS AMAZING WORLD. WE NEED TO PROTECT IT , THE ANIMALS, THE TREES  AND MOST IMPORTANTLY MAKE IT BETTER FOR OTHERS TOO.
