NAVY & WHITE IS JUST RIGHT Summer is when  white jeans, dresses and tops are the summer staple. White looks fresh and crisp and of course is cooler to wear  if it is a cotton. I love the look of white. A favorite combination is navy with white,  so I found a simple white pair slacks and tops to get some different looks. From a casual look , a perfect stripe and a  nice feminine look.  A simple t shirt look and white slacks casual and comfortable and says summer is here ready to go sailing. YES!! LOVE THEM , OR HATE THEM I have always liked polka dots, in most color combos . black white, brown cream and so on. And a few dresses have made  a lot of women wish they had that dress. Fashion in films is  a place to get some wonderful inspiration.  The marilyn monroe  dress, grace kelly or Julia R. and many others.   The one look that comes to mind is that dress from the film -  Pretty women.  Its a very feminine and  a classic look. Of course it is a movie, but that style would  still be wearable now.  with the hat too. OVER & OVER Fashion really is a like a revolving door.  If you look at fashion books or magazines you see styles that were worn in the 60s 70s  - 90s are back.   Full skirts or the off shoulder trend,  worn by  Bardot in the 50s, the sunhat  from the 60s & 70s.  Polka dots seem to be around forever and really cute.  Red is also big for now - red leather boots.   The fall fashions seem to be big on  blazers or jackets. I love blazers with slacks or worn with jeans for a casual look.  Something about it looks  polished and bit more stylish.  Love the Balmain  blazer with its smart gold buttons ., a definite style that will last you years. Blazers are really a worthwhile investment, be it for work or the casual wear. The details , cut and  lengths are things to look for .  GETTING THAT FALL FEELING Here are my favourites for fall. THESE TOPS WILL WORK NOT ONLY NOW , BUT LATER TOO.    THE WRAP  BE IT IN DRESSES , SKIRTS ARE BLOUSES, YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH THIS LOOK. THE ONE WRAP TOP  ESPECIALLY LOVE THE ONE ,  AND  CAN BE WORN NOT ONLY AS A BLOUSE BUT WORN OvER A LOVELY DRESS, SLIP OR  MAXI DRESS.  A SUPER CHOICE FOR THE SUMMER. ADORABLE POLKA DOTS  , SUCH A CUTE TOP AND CAN USE IT THROUGHOUT THE SEASONS.   LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! A BASIC BUT CLASSIC TOP , STRAIGHT BUT LOVE THE BOWTIE  DETAIL. THE SUMMER TEMPERATURES BRING OUT THE BICYCLES AND THE PEOPLE FOR A BIKE PARADE. NOTHING LIKE A SUNNY  SUNDAY AND THE CHANCE TO RIDE BIKES.  JUST FOR FUN THERE IS A BIKE PARADE AND AMAZING AMOUNT OF PEOPLE RIDING THEIR BICYCLES. MY KIND OF STYLE. COMFORTABLE SANDALS MY KIND OF STYLE FOR A SUNDAY BIKE RIDE AND LATER A ICE CREAM. ADDED T SHIRT UNDER SO IF HOT CAN WRAP   THIS SWEATER OVER MY SHOULDERS.
