ALL IN THE LIPS Have you ever thought about some cosmetic treatments. I know there some people who start  and get hooked into doing more and more.  From  getting plump lips, to wrinkles removed , or complete facelifts.  Somehow I really can't understand the obsession. But after finding out that some instagram stars like Kylie Jenner had  lip plumping  , it is understandable that more nd more young woman are doing it also During lockdown it seems some are getting it done by people not qualified or trained to perform such  procedures. The Vitamin D Factor The last few weeks have been so sunny and warm, unusually warm for April by us.  Being able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine is truly wonderful. I hope wherever you are  you can bask in the sun, open your windows and let the sun in  if you don't have a area outside or  balcony.  Yes, there is nothing like sunshine to brighten the day.   Also  the sun is so important for our bodies and mind.  Especially during these  unusual weeks and months, as we self isolate. I read recently a article about the benefits of vitamin D  and the lack of it, how it effects the body.  Things I didn't know like without some exposure to sun we can suffer from fatigue , sore muscles and even depression.   So what our bodies need is daily exposure to some sun, for short times. MUSICAL WALKS I love to listen to music , whether driving in the car , while working or sitting at home.  But not only is a good to sooth or uplift your mood it also is great to listen to well exercising.  Seems that music is a good motivation  during walking also. So grab your earphones and runners and lets go......... WORLD KINDNESS WEEK A KINDNESS CHALLENGE This week is  KINDNESS WEEK.  Something that the world needs now, especially with all the negative news around. So its a nice idea to share . I only read about Kindness week and thought what a great idea. According to studies done in the states, there is a link to kindness and living a longer life. Now that sounds very interesting, to imagine that when we are kinder to others  it not only makes them feel good but it also can help us.  The study shows that any small gesture can have a profound effect on a persons mind  it can  lower blood pressure, relief stress . There are so many ways to show kindness in small ways.  helping someone carry their bags, giving up your seat for an elderly person or young mom,  baking cookies for a sick neighbour, sending a card , or holding the door open for someone. These small things can mean a lot to someone. I know for myself it does make you feel noticed...

BENEFITS OF COFFEE VS TEA SOME OF US ARE COFFEE DRINKERS OR TEA DRINKERS.  I AM NOT REALLY A BIG COFFEE DRINKER,  THE ONE CUP IN THE MORNING IS FINE.   AND TEA WELL I WILL DRINK IT MORE WHEN I AM SICK , WITH LEMON. THE BOOST OF VITAMIN C. SO WHY THE TALK ABOUT WHAT WE DRINK. WELL LIVING IN A CITY THAT IS FAMOUS FOR ITS COFFEEHOUSES I THOUGHT IT WAS INTERESTING AND I LIKE TO READ STUDIES AND THIS ONE APPEARED . SO I THOUGHT -  EVERYONE DRINKS ONE OR THE OTHER,  AND  I  WOULD SHARE THE INFORMATION. MORNING BOOSTER  COFFEE IS FOR SOME THE BOOST THEY NEED TO START THE DAY, THE CAFFEINE IN A CUP OF COFFEE IS ABOUT DOUBLE THE AMOUNT , AS IN TEA. DOWNSIDE IS  IT CAN KEEP YOU AWAKE AT NIGHT SO YOU DONT GET ENOUGH SLEEP. TEA HAS THE OPPOSITE EFFECT  HELPS ONE TO SLEEP LONGER AND LESS RESTLESS. A LATEST STUDY I JUST READ, REPORTS THAT THERE ARE DANGEROUS CHEMICALS IN THE CHEESE  AND THE PROCESSING OF THE FOOD.
