SHOES , WHAT WE ALL LOVE I have to say , I love shoes from heels to sandals, dressy or casual. Slipping on a good comfortable shoe is the last item we wear.  The shoes we wear can be made for work, for walking or running, for dancing or just as a added accessory. They can make us feel sporty, or glamorous. There are some shoes that are so well known and expensive. Shoes made to wear only for a special occasion. One such famous shoe are those made by Christian Louboutin , the French shoe designer. Those famous red soles that women love to wear   It will be a view of his life , his ideas, his amazing designs and his talent. THE HIGHS and LOWS of HEELS There have been reports on women in the workplace that are not following the workplace rules regarding footwear .  I am sure there are many women that can relate to this issue. The latest report was about a woman in Japan, but there was another case where the woman sued for discrimination.  It seems like a trivial thing but in some ways it is important. Why do woman have to suffer with foot pain, blisters or the risk of getting injured even , because their workplace tells them to wear HEELS. I love heels and shoes in general, but there are some girls that have problems wearing heels.  Its not always a good thing to have to wear heels, especially if you are dealing with sprains or other problems. Heels or those that are to high, add a lot of stress to the body and can cause back pain. I would rather see people being comfortable, able to work  and not hobble along like a injured body. A TOUCH OF GOLD!!! Nothing says PARTY more then something sparkly and its always classy looking with the right blazer- this is one of my favourite styles for holidays (especially if you are in the cold northern hemisphere) A great pant suit is practical and you can wear  it to many events. SEPTEMBER time for a CLOSET REVIEW A dream closet or walk in closet  it be heavenly but space is limited and with European apartments its a tight fit. A  grand closet with shelfing for shoes, purses and folded items  would be a dream.  Meanwhile its time to do a closet review, rearrange the items, move the to summery pieces and bring out the falls items. The colour changes and lighter pieces freshened. CLOSET REVIEW SO now that cooler weather arrived it does make me feel better. A chance to see what is in my closet.  How much or often i wear a certain item is something I have been thinking about.  So many of my items are classic pieces or staples from blazers to cardigans. Blazers for work and cardigans for cooler mornings. The only thing I am lacking are shoes, a nice leather pump . SHOES are on my list . problem I discovered since moving here are shoe sizes  are not the same and there are NO half sizes.  And prices...

THE SHOE WITH STORAGE TOO - WHAT NEXT? I admit I love shoes of most kinds from heels to sandals, dress boots to hikers-  but one interesting shoe or slide  from a major sportswear shoe company well lets just say,  I have to wonder who is designing or going to buy that? THE NIKE BENASSI A simple slide-on or flipper that not only you wear, but it also has a place so you can stick items inside your shoe. This is not a 007 or Maxwell Smart phone in the shoe thing- though its a good idea. IF you are like me…. I LOVE SHOES.  WHAT GIRL DOES NOT LOVE SHOES?? I,  for one love heels and don't feel complete without wearing a nice shoe with an outfit. Use to be I walk around in heels always, no flats for me. It just did not feel right for me. Well , now it seems some peoples feet are made to wear heels and others not , according to recent report from the College of Podiatry .
