A VERY SPORTY CITY It is one thing i noticed since moving here, there are so many sporty things to do in the city. From yoga in the parks, table tennis or tennis, cycling or running. There are plenty of things to enjoy or try out. Yoga to me is one . Marathons are also major event in the city and this weekend was amazing weather for the annual marathon. The crowds of runners and people out to see the runners is also a good thing. Streets are blocked off for the runners and there is a course set for a mini run, a kids run and more. A great way to let anyone participate . Also what is very important for runners or joggers is to drink plenty of water, especially on hot days. But did you know it can also be dangerous to drink to much water. Who knows that, not me? I read an article about the need to drink water, but also there can be a risk.
