This beauty is made with Swarovski crystals and it is absolutely stunning! All the debutaines will be wearing this gorgeous tiara at the ball held in February . It is such a grand event to see with the young ladies dressed in white and the escorts in their tuxedos. As you can imagine it is the highlight of the ball season and there are so many more held. It is hard to follow just how many there are, but most are wonderful and held in various locations throughout the city.
