Changes// Lifestyle

Changes … sometimes good Well I am in a bit of daze . Why? Because it seemed like the celebrations flew by to quickly.  Perhaps also  because everything keeps going to fast.  I recently read n article about travel trends and one thing mentioned was trips to places to disconnect from technology. Great idea!  The peace and quiet of not being overloaded with so much is important . One’s mental health and physical health is so important.  Taking things slower . Enjoying the moments as bf not rushing through things. I can recall  how my family we would go Xc skiing , pack thermos of coffee , hot chocolate  snacks and enjoy the day out in nature.  I kept that tradition for my own family. Going skating  ,building a bonfire and tobogganing, roasting hotdogs  kids loved it!  Now I think so many are playing video games and barely being in the outdoors.  I know my son keeps the tradition now.  

2026 Happy New Year 🎉💥

  2026  is Here 💥🎉🥂 Well the world celebrates 2026  looking forward  to a more peaceful world .. hopefully.  Last year had its ups and downs .family member seriously ill and some unexpected things . I made some much needed changes in my place  so happy with it.  2026 is a new start !!  Resolutions  Things I will or have wanted to try is painting . I think it’s a soothing way to relax.  Also another thing that fascinated me is the art of Bosai. I got inspired by a video of how it’s done. Seems simple.  Organizing is also on my list. That will take time to do  having to record things  like cataloging everything. Time consuming  Health  fitness is also important lately. I hurt my knee badly  so needs treatment .  Hopefully a trip in spring can be arranged after .  Wishing for everyone good health, happiness and peace in 2026.
