TO SCRUB OR NOT TO SCRUB// DIY NATURAL SCRUBS

WE ALL LOVE TO HAVE A FRESH HEALTHY COMPLEXION AND WE USE THE PRODUCTS THAT WE THINK WILL BE THE BEST FOR JUST SUCH.

THE FACIAL SCRUB.
THESE PRODUCTS CONTAIN PLASTICS. MANY SMALL MICRO BEADS OF PLASTIC THAT WE WASH OFF AND END UP IN THE WATER , RIVERS AND STREAMS.

THE PROBLEM IS ACCORDING TO A STUDY DONE AT A UNIVERSITY IN SWEDEN , THESE MICRO BEADS ARE EATEN BY THE FISH IN THE RIVERS AND OF COURSE THIS IS NOT NATURAL FOOD FOR ANY SPECIES.

THOSE PRODUCTS CONTAINING THE MICRO BEADS ARE NO LONGER SOLD IN THE USA , BUT ARE STILL AVAILABLE IN EUROPE.

SO REALLY WE ARE POLLUTING OUR WATER WITH MORE GARBAGE!

MAKE YOUR OWN NATURAL FACIAL SCRUB USING THINGS FROM YOUR KITCHEN.

DIY NATURAL FACIAL SCRUBS

CLEANSING CREAM AND SUGAR -
Use your normal cleansing cream, add a teaspoon of sugar to , mix together well, then apply to your face as normal.

GREEN TEA, SUGAR, HONEY SCRUB
Make a cup of tea, let cool. Add tablespoon of sugar to the cold tea till it has a gritty consistency, but still wet to apply to skin. Add honey , mix throughly. apply to clean face.
You can keep this scrub in a sealed jar . store in a cool, dry place.

COCONUT OIL, SUGAR, LEMON SCRUB
Combine 1/2 cup of coconut oil in a bowl, add 2 tablespoon of sugar, stir till it has gritty, spreadable texture. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice to mixture.
you can substitute the coconut oil with olive oil , almond oil or grape seed oil.

MANY OF THESE INGREDIENTS ARE USED IN THE STORE BOUGHT FACIAL SCRUBS, SO NOTHING HARMFUL.

Fashions at the Met The time is here to see the fabulous fashions that are from this years Met Gala .Always aan eye popper and this year the theme was flowers botanical looks. Some very interesting creative fashions, especially if you love flowers. My favorite look was Demi Moore’s gorgeous gown a really stunning dress.. The bold big floral print on the dress was wow! I loved it! And she looked beautiful in it. The other gowns were lovely too. Men in floral print slacks to fun shoes . Something for everyone tastes. Keeping Warm - Fashion Style

POP of COLOR Yes it is something we all want need. Keeping warm in the cold winter months. One of favorite knit top has been my steady Look. The fact it has a large cowl neck collar that I pull up over my face when it’s windy outside. It is comfortable and feels cozy . The color is vibrant on those dull dreary days . A pop of color is nice to see during the winter season when mostly black seems to be the color of choice. The Accessories . I love to add a few accessories also. Bracelets add a little interest to the look . The three sterling silver bangles worn over sleeve looks good , as well as the multi twist bracelet. Ps The photo does not show the true color . It’s a very vibrant blue shade . Looks dull . After a few retakes no change. Camera issues.

B Time to Fly Sumer holidays are around the corner and deciding where to go or what to pack can e daunting experience. So what to pack ? Well after reading how some airlines charge passenger to check the baggage. First I believe the budget airlines started , but now the big name ones have also started to charge it! American Airlines , southwest , Air Canada . And the extra cost if is a jackpot for the airlines. I have not travel with the budget lines but have used some of the others mentioned and I won’t be booking any trips with them! Really what do they think? If the operate a service to transport you and your belongs that should be included , NOT an extra expense. Give you an idea of what they collect in these extra fees then read this report via BBC. Truthfully people need to tell these companies NO . Even a handbag is next to the list. They are making BILLIONS from from these extra fees!...
