SUMMER HOLIDAYS

How do you spend you summer holidays? Are you the on the go sort or relaxing on the beach type?
When it comes to holidays, I am thinking no rushing around or time schedules normally. It is time to unwind relax and see some sights if that is part of the plan.  Sometimes it is just sitting around the campfires or laying in bed reading a good book. A bookworm I'm not , but I like to read for pleasure and to be entertained. It was always one of my favourite things to do as a kid , when camping read a good scary book .

BOOKS  to ENRICH YOUR LIFE

A recent survey was made about the top 100 books of all time. Those listed are very interesting, from Uncle  Toms Cabin,   Margeret Atwoods or Orwells 1984,  To kill a mockingbird and the Harry Potters series . There were of course several others  like Tolstoy's Anna Karenina, Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, Charles Dickens  to name a few. From modern  to ancient times the list of books are amazing.   Classics to modern, romance to adventures so many amazing stories to keep one entertained .

So I might be looking to get some to read  this summer, not 100 but  1 or 2.

CASUAL SUMMER LOOK//fashion , styling

Doing Denim  I sometimes like to wear something that is just more relaxed and comfortable.  For some it might be a pair of shorts, but I like a dress. Whether long or short.  I just them more comfortable and airy on hot summer days.  Denim is one look I like . Itā€™s a casual look that can be dressed up or down, just by changing the accessories you wear with it.  Heels or sandal. Simple jewelry, watch or bracelets.  There are so many ways to style a denim dress.  A great tote to carry the necessary items, sandals and sunglasses  I would add a nice colorful scarf for the hair or simply wear tied around the neck.
