TIME FOR A REFRESHER

Its been awhile since we had our haircut, manicures or pedicures. I am thinking its definitely time , I would love a nice spa day and finally a haircut. Plus its time to refresh the makeup supplies. Something I haven't been using much during the Covid times.

Lets Make-up

I admit I have gotten out of the habit to wearing much makeup, especially when staying at home. Meanwhile I think it is time to get back into the habit of at least wearing some lipstick , perhaps some bronzer for colour . Basically it has been au-naturalle.

Nowadays there is a big push towards organic or natural, and seeing so many products that use that word on the products made me wonder , how can we be sure that it is? So I found an interesting report on the ingredients in the products we use from shampoos to cosmetics. Especially the ones we should avoid. The names of them are definitely not easy to say or remember, but important to know if you are buying cosmetics or any other personal products.

OH MY NAILS

There is nothing nicer than a good manicure and pedicure. I think many of us negligent our feet . We cram are toes into shoes that are to tight or pinching . We wear heels that are not good for our feet. Poor feet.

So of course it is important to take care of them too, like we do with the rest of our body. A decent pedicure is worth it, and now with the summer sandals its the right time to get one!

Fashions at the Met The time is here to see the fabulous fashions that are from this years Met Gala .Always aan eye popper and this year the theme was flowers botanical looks. Some very interesting creative fashions, especially if you love flowers. My favorite look was Demi Moore’s gorgeous gown a really stunning dress.. The bold big floral print on the dress was wow! I loved it! And she looked beautiful in it. The other gowns were lovely too. Men in floral print slacks to fun shoes . Something for everyone tastes. Keeping Warm - Fashion Style

POP of COLOR Yes it is something we all want need. Keeping warm in the cold winter months. One of favorite knit top has been my steady Look. The fact it has a large cowl neck collar that I pull up over my face when it’s windy outside. It is comfortable and feels cozy . The color is vibrant on those dull dreary days . A pop of color is nice to see during the winter season when mostly black seems to be the color of choice. The Accessories . I love to add a few accessories also. Bracelets add a little interest to the look . The three sterling silver bangles worn over sleeve looks good , as well as the multi twist bracelet. Ps The photo does not show the true color . It’s a very vibrant blue shade . Looks dull . After a few retakes no change. Camera issues.

DRESS. It up//fashion style

DRess It Up A simple grey knit top is something I had been looking for sometime. Grey is not usually my pick, but I thought time to try some other neutral shade. The top is tunic style and loose fitting . Definitely a comfort piece. I decided to add some different accessories to it. This shiny silver piece just a bit of interest to the plain top. Accessories are really a great way to give an outfit a different look. Love this multi strand necklace . It suits this knit top, not to delicate but fun and an interesting piece.
