Time for a Refresher // fashion

 Getting Sporty 

Thought it was time to get a few new items for doing more physical activities. I am not a gym sort  I prefer to be outdoors or at home  

One new thing I am trying is yoga . Trying to get more flexible . After the last years of lockdowns the body needs some help 

I also like cycling so biker shorts might be nice to wear under a dress 


Here are a few pieces I found  

The knee length biker shorts will be handy worn with a t short over  , that and a sports bra

CASUAL SUMMER LOOK//fashion , styling

 Doing Denim  I sometimes like to wear something that is just more relaxed and comfortable.  For some it might be a pair of shorts, but I like a dress. Whether long or short.  I just them more comfortable and airy on hot summer days.  Denim is one look I like . It’s a casual look that can be dressed up or down, just by changing the accessories you wear with it.  Heels or sandal. Simple jewelry, watch or bracelets.  There are so many ways to style a denim dress.  A great tote to carry the necessary items, sandals and sunglasses  I would add a nice colorful scarf for the hair or simply wear tied around the neck.
