Sequins have been around since ancient times. Early 1920s was the glam era , parties, dancing and sequins . Though a popular Look those sequins did not last,as they were of gelatin and would melt.
Now sequinsare massed produced and cheap. I have a Love for sparkle and sequins . .so reading about the fashion was an eyeopener.

I hae s few pieces that I wear festive season, then one more casual one. A white top with sequin stripes that can be worn anytime and in many different ways . Dressed up or down with slacks, jeans , or a flowy skirt endless ideas . I am so glad I bought it.
