A SPA DAY at HOME

Treat yourself, why not?

What better way to relax then treat yourself to a home spa day! Europeans are known for their spas and resorts. Almost all Germans and Austrians take time to go to a spa. It is part of their lifestyle , their regime winter or summer.

At home you can treat yourself to your own Spa.

Starting with some lush towels, room diffuser using a essential oil, some zen music and candles.

Sounds perfect.

But another thing that is perfect for
spa day is using the old fashion treatments , Epsom salts.

whether it is the colder damp weather or overdoing things - the aches and pains are not the best feeling. For now I do the RICE treatment, rest, ice, compress and excerises.

But the best thing I found works is a nice hot bath and the old favourite of epsom salts .
My mom alway had bag of salts in the bathroom, She said it works to relax sore muscles . So
it has been the treatment of lately.

Epsom salts have magnesium which is important for muscles and sulphur. It is also suppose to remove the toxins from the body. It was used over many years as a treatment.
Another good treatment is simple baking soda added to the warm water.

Sometimes it is the old methods that work the best to treat aches and pains.

So time to relax and enjoy a heavenly soak.

Fashions at the Met The time is here to see the fabulous fashions that are from this years Met Gala .Always aan eye popper and this year the theme was flowers botanical looks. Some very interesting creative fashions, especially if you love flowers. My favorite look was Demi Moore’s gorgeous gown a really stunning dress.. The bold big floral print on the dress was wow! Pockets please!!/ fashion

Well as the title says…. Pocket s please! This week has been a very painful week. I recently injured my knee badly. Not able to move stand or walk. When finally bit better I finally managed to move . I needed something to wear that I could put my phone in , glasses medicine in. Any dress I thought I could use didn’t have pockets for anything. Why??? When I think back there usually were pocket inserts nicely sewn on inside of slacks or dresses. Now you rarely find that . I guess it’s a cost saving , less material needed and no extra time used sewing a pockrr er r in. Maybe it’s to give an outfit a more neat look, no bulging pockets. Meanwhile mens wear there are always pockets. Do you like outfit with pockets?
