SCRAMBLE EGGS SMOKED SALMON CASSEROLE
1 PKG SMOKED SALMON SLICES
10 -12 EGGS
1/.2 C MILK
BUTTER
CHIVES GARNISH
SALT PEPPER
BEAT THE EGGS AND MILK AND CHIVES TOGETHER.
PREHEAT SKILLET, ADD BUTTER TILL MELTED - POUR IN THE EGG MIXTURE, SCRAMBLE AS IT COOKS WITH FORK. COOK TILL EGGS ARE STILL SLIGHTLY MOIST.
CHOP THE SAMLON PIECES INTO SMALL PIECES, THEN ADD TO COOKED EGGS.
ADD SALT AND FRESH GROUND PEPPER. GARNISH WITH CHIVES
SERVE HOT WITH BAKING SODA BISCUITS OR A NICE BAGUETTE
