5 STYLES FOR SEPTEMBER to TRY

Not sure how everyone else fills about the month of September but it is in some ways nice. The leaves changing and the temperatures are cooler. Summer was extremely HOT and I for one don't care for temperature over 30C. So September is a BIG relief.

Now we are all getting back to the work or in the school ,college, university mode. (I am a part time student but still I feel its nice to wear outfits that are more casually comfortable. )

So what does one wear for back to school styles. Denim or jeans, t-shirts .. okay.

but its nice to maybe try something different and have another look that will work later for the work world.

THE TWEED OR CHECK . work or school?

this top is great for fall wear it with slack or black skirt.

A fashionista stylish look

SIMPLE BLOUSE with side ties, loose and comfortable . but modern. Wear with jeans and belt and that Baker hat , Backpack and sneakers . All set to go.

BASIC BLACK SKIRT, love the asymmetrical cut , simple and chic, wear the turtle neck or simple white top, and those great tall red boots.

MET GALA 2024// fashion , MET gala

Fashions at the Met The time is here to see the fabulous fashions that are from this years Met Gala .Always aan eye popper and this year the theme was flowers botanical looks. Some very interesting creative fashions, especially if you love flowers. My favorite look was Demi Moore’s gorgeous gown a really stunning dress.. The bold big floral print on the dress was wow! I loved it! And she looked beautiful in it. The other gowns were lovely too. Men in floral print slacks to fun shoes . Something for everyone tastes. CASUAL SUMMER LOOK//fashion , styling

Doing Denim I sometimes like to wear something that is just more relaxed and comfortable. For some it might be a pair of shorts, but I like a dress. Whether long or short. I just them more comfortable and airy on hot summer days. Denim is one look I like . It’s a casual look that can be dressed up or down, just by changing the accessories you wear with it. Heels or sandal. Simple jewelry, watch or bracelets. There are so many ways to style a denim dress. A great tote to carry the necessary items, sandals and sunglasses I would add a nice colorful scarf for the hair or simply wear tied around the neck.

Favorite Things 2023//fashion , items

Favorite things I really didn’t go overboard with any purchases in 2023. Trying to keep to the sustainable fashion idea of shopping my closet or using what I have . Mind you there were somethings I thought about getting like a new pair of sunglasses, some shoes sandals, new purse , but I still need new sunglasses. My old pair has some scratches on them sadly. The two pieces I did get I absolutely love . Firstly a linen blend blazer in cream shade. It goes with so many things so can’t wait to spring to wear it again. Also the new wrap dress I bought in spring. The color I loved , the fit and style is nice to wear for dinners out, parties or weddings. A very versatile piece. The other item was from a previous year but I had forgotten about it was a nice surprise. I wore it over Christmas holidays. and got compliments on it . A knit top with sparkle accents. It was so comfortable and warm . Absolutely loved it. ...
