WARM WINTERY STYLE


The winter weather has really arrived in parts of Austria with endless snowfall.  It is so beautiful, crisp white and I love the winter season for that reason.(minus the extreme cold temperatures).
Another thing I do love is the look of fur.

Faux furs or Fun Furs  the selection and colors are something one can go wild over , as there are some really interesting looks this winter.


Here are a few style that might be nice to wear this winter.



A RED TEDDY COAT   yes red is big this season and what a statement coat this one is. Would look great with those leather slacks or a simple velvet dress.   Even worn casually with denim works. A fun, colourful look.   Maybe, for Valentines Day.




WARMTH PLUS

 a hooded version is perfect to keep warm on a windy day. or for the sleigh rides



VESTS for fun.  

One of my favourites is a vest for after a ski outing.  

Style tip; This one is cute wear it over a nice cashmere knit, some knitted pants and pair of ugg boots.  A casual smart look for winter / not to forget the hot chocolate.







A LOOK OF MINK  

soft neutrals are another nice choice. A bit of color , light, an elegant look.

  WHAT WAS POPULAR in 2020 Top posts of the year were a mix,  but the one that was most popular was the TOUCH OF GOLD, followed by fashions, and people seemed to be interested in a few gardening DIYS, which was a kind of a surprise . Pockets please!!/ fashion

  Well as the title says…. Pocket s please!  This week has been a very painful week. I recently injured my knee badly. Not able to move stand or walk. When finally bit better I finally  managed to move . I needed something to wear that I could put my phone in , glasses medicine in. Any dress I thought I could use didn’t have pockets for anything.  Why???  When I think back there usually  were pocket inserts nicely sewn  on inside of slacks or dresses.  Now you rarely find that .  I guess it’s a cost saving , less material needed and no extra time used sewing a pockrr er r in.  Maybe it’s to give an outfit a more neat look, no bulging pockets.   Meanwhile mens wear there are always pockets.  Do you like outfit with pockets?
