The city is known for its grand balls. The classic black and white tie events are held right after Christmas.
There are several balls held in the city and each one is amazing to attend. If you love to dress up in
a long gown and dance the night away, then definitely this is the city to be in.

The Blumenball

A breathe of spring on the cold windy nights. It is one event that is so beautiful. The ballroom filled with flowers and wonderful music. The ball is held in the magnificent Rathaus city hall . that is oh so amazing inside and out.

MASQUE BALL nothing is more fun then a masquerade ball. Its a fantasy world with feathers and sequinned masks. That and the wonderful waltz to give you a feeling of excitement.

Grand ball of all, the OPERNBALL,

This one is famous for not only the location but also for the celebrities that attend , in the past such stars as Jaqueline Bisset, Goldie Hawn, Hilary Swank and many others.

The OpernBall is one of the most famous, but if you can't attend, well you can watch the event on tv. Its more like the Oscar event.

A Gorgeous Golden Gown

Dressing up for such an event is always exciting, Finding the perfect gown for such an event is
a really special thing. One can buy one or even loan one for the evening, The choices are amazing from sparkly pieces to satin, lace or organza your heart will dance with delight finding a special dress,

Fashions at the Met The time is here to see the fabulous fashions that are from this years Met Gala .Always aan eye popper and this year the theme was flowers botanical looks. Some very interesting creative fashions, especially if you love flowers. My favorite look was Demi Moore’s gorgeous gown a really stunning dress.. The bold big floral print on the dress was wow! I loved it! And she looked beautiful in it. The other gowns were lovely too. Men in floral print slacks to fun shoes . Something for everyone tastes. CASUAL SUMMER LOOK//fashion , styling

Doing Denim I sometimes like to wear something that is just more relaxed and comfortable. For some it might be a pair of shorts, but I like a dress. Whether long or short. I just them more comfortable and airy on hot summer days. Denim is one look I like . It’s a casual look that can be dressed up or down, just by changing the accessories you wear with it. Heels or sandal. Simple jewelry, watch or bracelets. There are so many ways to style a denim dress. A great tote to carry the necessary items, sandals and sunglasses I would add a nice colorful scarf for the hair or simply wear tied around the neck.

Favorite Things 2023//fashion , items

Favorite things I really didn’t go overboard with any purchases in 2023. Trying to keep to the sustainable fashion idea of shopping my closet or using what I have . Mind you there were somethings I thought about getting like a new pair of sunglasses, some shoes sandals, new purse , but I still need new sunglasses. My old pair has some scratches on them sadly. The two pieces I did get I absolutely love . Firstly a linen blend blazer in cream shade. It goes with so many things so can’t wait to spring to wear it again. Also the new wrap dress I bought in spring. The color I loved , the fit and style is nice to wear for dinners out, parties or weddings. A very versatile piece. The other item was from a previous year but I had forgotten about it was a nice surprise. I wore it over Christmas holidays. and got compliments on it . A knit top with sparkle accents. It was so comfortable and warm . Absolutely loved it. ...
