FIRST DAY OF SPRING

Yes the first day of wonderful spring is here - so the weatherman tells us. but looking out the window at snow its Not spring yet. Usually it is more rainy and the buds have started to appear, not this year. Oh well make the best of it and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate .

I can't wait for spring, the change of colours, even our fashions start to get more colourful. Some of the trends this spring are those bright colors. For some it may be to much . Something easier on the eye for a pop of colour is a purse, shoes or scarfs if your looking to add just a bit of colour.

The SEASONS SPRING COLOURS

Suits and dresses the suits are a versatile idea, if you want to wear the blazer later with another color, or another piece such as a skirt . So a great blazer is a definite item to have for spring.

MET GALA 2024// fashion , MET gala

Fashions at the Met The time is here to see the fabulous fashions that are from this years Met Gala .Always aan eye popper and this year the theme was flowers botanical looks. Some very interesting creative fashions, especially if you love flowers. My favorite look was Demi Moore’s gorgeous gown a really stunning dress.. The bold big floral print on the dress was wow! I loved it! And she looked beautiful in it. The other gowns were lovely too. Men in floral print slacks to fun shoes . Something for everyone tastes. Keeping Warm - Fashion Style

POP of COLOR Yes it is something we all want need. Keeping warm in the cold winter months. One of favorite knit top has been my steady Look. The fact it has a large cowl neck collar that I pull up over my face when it’s windy outside. It is comfortable and feels cozy . The color is vibrant on those dull dreary days . A pop of color is nice to see during the winter season when mostly black seems to be the color of choice. The Accessories . I love to add a few accessories also. Bracelets add a little interest to the look . The three sterling silver bangles worn over sleeve looks good , as well as the multi twist bracelet. Ps The photo does not show the true color . It’s a very vibrant blue shade . Looks dull . After a few retakes no change. Camera issues.

DRESS. It up//fashion style

DRess It Up A simple grey knit top is something I had been looking for sometime. Grey is not usually my pick, but I thought time to try some other neutral shade. The top is tunic style and loose fitting . Definitely a comfort piece. I decided to add some different accessories to it. This shiny silver piece just a bit of interest to the plain top. Accessories are really a great way to give an outfit a different look. Love this multi strand necklace . It suits this knit top, not to delicate but fun and an interesting piece.
