SNOW SNOW SNOW OH NO!

T he last few weeks have reeked havoc in many parts of Europe, with roads closed, train service shutdown and high avalanche warning in many places. I kid you not the snow is nearly 3 meters high in places. So many people needed to be rescued from their homes.

Well some are stuck, one surprise was reading Baywatch star David Hasselhoff was stuck in the Austrian snow also, well wowee what a SURPRISE, guess he forgot his rescue buoy thing:
To my surprise he is very popular in Germany , and visits often. He posted on his instragram his adventure for anyone interested.

Just a brief post , as I try to organize things around here and get back into the swing,

SOMETHING DIFFERENT I have to say I love color and prints, and when I saw the work of this Kenyan photographer Thandiwe Murui , I was in AWE. Such vibrant prints that make a statement . The prints or the checkerboard are definitely eye- catching. ( I happen to have a checkerboard top that I wear as a coverup) This might not be for everyones taste, but sometimes it is fun to be a bit wilder! THE SWIRLS love this print and the colour combination . Vibrant and fun! A MOD- FLORAL this print that looks like a Sunflower is perfect for summer. CELEBRATE PUNK DESIGNER JUST THIS month it was Vivienne Westwood's 80th birthday. The fashion designer who brought PUNK fashions to the forefront. Her designs were over the top , colourful, eccentric and I think abit wild. She still is designing and even some of her designs were part of the Life ball held here in the past, she also designed the costumes for the ballet performance for New years. MET GALA 2024// fashion , MET gala

Fashions at the Met The time is here to see the fabulous fashions that are from this years Met Gala .Always aan eye popper and this year the theme was flowers botanical looks. Some very interesting creative fashions, especially if you love flowers. My favorite look was Demi Moore’s gorgeous gown a really stunning dress.. The bold big floral print on the dress was wow! I loved it! And she looked beautiful in it. The other gowns were lovely too. Men in floral print slacks to fun shoes . Something for everyone tastes.
