HAVING A BEIGE MOMENT

The shade beige is really a very versatile colour. It goes with so many other colors and prints.
Whether you like to mix it up with other colors or patterns is something to consider.
Sometimes an all over neutral can start to look a bit boring, but if you add patterns
and some color it changes the look.

One way to make a simple change is by adding a pattern.

The beige linen blazer that is in previous post is one piece that i can
change in so many ways. Today I paired it with a flared skirt.
The leopard print which also reverses to a striped print.
A skirt that can be worn two different ways.
A great piece and with so many other ways to wear it.

 

wear it with beige , black or white accessories.
wicker purse or a colourful bag for added interest
whether orange, mustard or red.

Fashions at the Met The time is here to see the fabulous fashions that are from this years Met Gala  .Always aan eye popper and this year the theme was flowers botanical  looks.  Some very interesting creative fashions, especially if you love flowers.  My favorite look was Demi Moore’s  gorgeous gown  a really stunning dress.. CASUAL SUMMER LOOK//fashion , styling

 Doing Denim  I sometimes like to wear something that is just more relaxed and comfortable.  For some it might be a pair of shorts, but I like a dress. Whether long or short.  I just them more comfortable and airy on hot summer days.  Denim is one look I like . It’s a casual look that can be dressed up or down, just by changing the accessories you wear with it.  Heels or sandal. Simple jewelry, watch or bracelets.  There are so many ways to style a denim dress.  A great tote to carry the necessary items, sandals and sunglasses  I would add a nice colorful scarf for the hair or simply wear tied around the neck.

SPRING LOOK //Fashion , Style, Spring

  Time for some color  Finally the weather is warmer and can wear lighter clothes. I especially like to start the summer/spring with some color .  One of my favorites is a colorful knit on I bought years ago , a Liz Clairborn design.  It’s a piece that just say spring is here. After a long  , cold winter of wearing mostly dark or muted shades it’s nice to bring out something bright a cheery.
