MY BIGGEST LOVE - ALL ABOUT ART

(Mein gross liebe - Kunst)

I really can't think of anything I love more then ART! It is something that

I have always enjoyed to see or collect books on the subject.

Luckily I am living in such a amazing city where Art and Culture

is central to life. There are so many exhibitions to see throughout the year.

My all time favourite art is impressionism and the work of the famous Viennese artist Klimt.

His most famous piece is of course the KISS. (i am sure you know it).

The art world was dominated mainly by men, with a few woman.

But I recently discovered another impressionist artist

Olga Wisinger - Florian . She painted in the late 1890s .

Some of her art is on display at the famous Leopold museum .

Exhibition : Flower Power der Moderne, 24 may - 21 Oct

Here are just a few of her paintings, there is a collection of 70 on display.

Apparently She was a master of self marketing ( with out instagram or TV)

A wonderful seaside painting that depicts life and people

enjoying the sun and sea.

MET GALA 2024// fashion , MET gala

Fashions at the Met The time is here to see the fabulous fashions that are from this years Met Gala .Always aan eye popper and this year the theme was flowers botanical looks. Some very interesting creative fashions, especially if you love flowers. My favorite look was Demi Moore’s gorgeous gown a really stunning dress.. The bold big floral print on the dress was wow! I loved it! And she looked beautiful in it. The other gowns were lovely too. Men in floral print slacks to fun shoes . Something for everyone tastes. CASUAL SUMMER LOOK//fashion , styling

Doing Denim I sometimes like to wear something that is just more relaxed and comfortable. For some it might be a pair of shorts, but I like a dress. Whether long or short. I just them more comfortable and airy on hot summer days. Denim is one look I like . It’s a casual look that can be dressed up or down, just by changing the accessories you wear with it. Heels or sandal. Simple jewelry, watch or bracelets. There are so many ways to style a denim dress. A great tote to carry the necessary items, sandals and sunglasses I would add a nice colorful scarf for the hair or simply wear tied around the neck.

Favorite Things 2023//fashion , items

Favorite things I really didn’t go overboard with any purchases in 2023. Trying to keep to the sustainable fashion idea of shopping my closet or using what I have . Mind you there were somethings I thought about getting like a new pair of sunglasses, some shoes sandals, new purse , but I still need new sunglasses. My old pair has some scratches on them sadly. The two pieces I did get I absolutely love . Firstly a linen blend blazer in cream shade. It goes with so many things so can’t wait to spring to wear it again. Also the new wrap dress I bought in spring. The color I loved , the fit and style is nice to wear for dinners out, parties or weddings. A very versatile piece. The other item was from a previous year but I had forgotten about it was a nice surprise. I wore it over Christmas holidays. and got compliments on it . A knit top with sparkle accents. It was so comfortable and warm . Absolutely loved it. ...
