THE TEDDY COAT is BACK// fashion

 CUDDLY  & WARM

The last few seasons the teddy coat has been around which made me think okay perhaps
a teddy coat is another option for winter - other then a puffer coat or down filled parka.
The fact is, it is not so cold here. So a down jacket really is not needed.  But for some
that find the temperature to much, then of course a warm parka is a must.

But for now  the TEDDy is another option to consider and for sure there are many more color
options - grey, beige, brown , black  camel and pink.
  From a jacket, 3/4 or full length. Anyone of these might be
a good option.


SPORTY STYLE



A SPORT LOOK like this short version for throwing on if in a hurry, i.e. quick shop trip.  or if planning a sporty day , skating skiing. 
JUST FOR FUN
  











GREAT LENGTHS is a great choice if it gets really cold, will keep you  cozy warm. Wear with a great cashmere knit , slacks or dress and high boots.



















THE NEUTRAL COLOURS are a good choice, as you can wear with so many other colours.
Plaids, tweeds, florals, the ideas are endless.

Fashions at the Met The time is here to see the fabulous fashions that are from this years Met Gala  .Always aan eye popper and this year the theme was flowers botanical  looks.  Some very interesting creative fashions, especially if you love flowers.  My favorite look was Demi Moore’s  gorgeous gown  a really stunning dress.. CASUAL SUMMER LOOK//fashion , styling

 Doing Denim  I sometimes like to wear something that is just more relaxed and comfortable.  For some it might be a pair of shorts, but I like a dress. Whether long or short.  I just them more comfortable and airy on hot summer days.  Denim is one look I like . It’s a casual look that can be dressed up or down, just by changing the accessories you wear with it.  Heels or sandal. Simple jewelry, watch or bracelets.  There are so many ways to style a denim dress.  A great tote to carry the necessary items, sandals and sunglasses  I would add a nice colorful scarf for the hair or simply wear tied around the neck.

Favorite Things 2023//fashion , items

 Favorite things  I really didn’t go overboard with any purchases in 2023.  Trying to keep to the sustainable fashion idea  of shopping my closet or using what I have .  Mind you there were somethings I thought about getting like a new pair of sunglasses, some shoes  sandals, new purse , but I still need new sunglasses. My old pair has some scratches on them sadly.  The two pieces I did get I absolutely love . Firstly a linen blend blazer in cream shade. It goes with so many things so can’t wait to spring to wear it again.  Also the new wrap dress I bought in spring.  The color I loved , the fit and style is nice to wear for dinners out, parties or weddings. A very versatile piece.   The other item was from a previous year but I had forgotten about it  was a nice surprise. I wore it over Christmas holidays. and got compliments on it . A knit top with sparkle accents.  It was so comfortable and warm . Absolutely loved it.  ...
