WONDERING WHAT TO EAT The month of January was the labelled Veganuary month. As the new year started people will have made some resolutions, to maybe make some changes in their lives from exercise to diets. As the vegan diet is becoming so popular in places, especially for the millennials. Perhaps also because of the climate change factor being in the news , and how we should cut down on eating meat because the industry contributes alot to climate change. There are many reasons. But I am not one to jump on the bandwagon that quickly, of course I realize there are things that we can do to help . So my main change has been to limit flying, and travel via train when possible. and the many other things. ( like Recycling and Reusing items.)
