PARIS or Vienna? bOTH please

The idea of seeing Paris is something I think almost everyone wishes or wants to see. Paris has always been the city of romance, fashion, museums and palaces.
But I can honestly say, I think Vienna also has a lot to offer. Here are just a few of the amazing places. It definitely is a city filled with stunning architecture, tons of cafes for the coffee lover, plenty of
parks to wander about, a lot of green spaces and fun places too.

A bit of sight seeing around the city.

No1 Museums there are several amazing museums and galleries. The Belvedere , Artmusuems Kunsthistorische , Augarten, Klimt house, Seccession, Mozart haus

No2 Palaces such as the famous Schonnbrun the former Kaiser residence, the Belvedere and smaller ones within the city.

No3 Cafes one can find so many all around the city, the more popular ones, okay. but there are small very quaint and cozy ones to see also. popular is the Sacher cafe, Schwartzberg, Landtsmann. the one in the museum is stunning.

No.4 Carriage rides. This is one thing I can really recommend. Taking a tour of the inner city in a carriage is like being taken back in time. The views are wonderful, slow and peaceful, so you can really enjoy the sights of the city. the Architecture.

No 5 The Hofburg another stunning place. with its magnificent sculptures.

No 6 Parks and zoo, there are so many wonderful parks in the city, Amgarten with the old flak tower , Volksgarten lined with benches to sit and sun yourself, the famous Schoenbrunn the oldest zoo in Europe. ( definitely have a visit) The Donau Insel a man made island the stretches far , plus the Donau park with the Donau tower where you can get a view of the city from above- there is also a cafe restaurant at the top.

No 7 Vineyards & wines, nothing better then a local wine and there are plenty to try. One can find a vineyard right along the city border along the hills. Cheers🍷

No 8 River cruises, a short cruise along the Danube to Bratislava is another nice idea.

No 9 Ringstrasse, the main road the circles the city. Here is where you can see the Parliament building, Rathaus(city hall) the University, and many other things.

No 10 Prater and the Allee, the famous Prater with the oldest or first ferris wheel a romantic spot to see the city, filled with amusement rides and restaurants. Close to there is the tree lined Allee a popular place for walking or jogging.

After being stuck at home, a city tour is definitely on a to do list! Checking out ones own city is something to explore. I am sure i have missed other wonderful places to see, but this is a good start.

CELEBRATE PUNK DESIGNER JUST THIS month it was Vivienne Westwood's 80th birthday. The fashion designer who brought PUNK fashions to the forefront. Her designs were over the top , colourful, eccentric and I think abit wild. She still is designing and even some of her designs were part of the Life ball held here in the past, she also designed the costumes for the ballet performance for New years. CAMOUFLAGE STYLES// Fashion, designer

SOMETHING DIFFERENT I have to say I love color and prints, and when I saw the work of this Kenyan photographer Thandiwe Murui , I was in AWE. Such vibrant prints that make a statement . The prints or the checkerboard are definitely eye- catching. ( I happen to have a checkerboard top that I wear as a coverup) This might not be for everyones taste, but sometimes it is fun to be a bit wilder! THE SWIRLS love this print and the colour combination . Vibrant and fun! A MOD- FLORAL this print that looks like a Sunflower is perfect for summer. INSTAGRAM REAL STARS?

WONDER IF SHE IS REAL? How many people follow their favourite instagram and feel perhaps this is what a real person looks like and maybe lives like. I am not talking celebrities like Rihanna or Kardashians or any of the other major celebrities . I am not a big follower of instagram, but for those that are there are a few surprises such as one very popular Instagram Star is actually a virtual reality image, not a REAL person. These computer generated images look so real that people are actually thinking it is a real person. Something strange about that , if someone is able to fool people in such a way Firstly it is not stated this is not a real person This to me is funny. with all the talk about fake news etc. So why is it allowed to have computer generated images allowed to be part of?
