READY FOR FALL?

Its time to retire the summery outfits and start to bring out the fall things from the closet.
These days many of us are still in lockdown so maybe we are more interested in having
things that we can wear at home.

Here are some of my picks for both home or when going out.

SHOES or BOOTS

If you wear slacks a lot a nice shoe or boot can make it your outfit a bit more interesting.
I find a nice simple shoe is a good choice for everyday, especially for work, in the office.

BOOTS meant for walking

But another great piece of footwear are ankle boots. I like them for how comfortable they are and also how easy they can be to put on.

COLORFUL FOR FALL

these pairs will add a lot to our everyday look, the warm colours for fall.
love the colours and the slingback . Can been worn for summer or fall.

SWEATER or CARDIGANS

A nice warm cardigan is heavenly when the winds start to blow and the air is chilly.

JUMPSUITS a very versatile piece

comfortable, easy to wear and one piece, perfect for home , at work or anytime. The ease of a jumpsuit is simply the easiest outfit to wear, no more looking for a top or blouse .
This jumpsuit is practical , as you can wear a stylish blazer with it for going out or to meetings.

SPORTSWEAR active at home

yes I think many of us are wearing this at home , not only for going to the gym. (especially now)
We still want to get excerise and work out whether at home or outdoors.

MET GALA 2024// fashion , MET gala

Fashions at the Met The time is here to see the fabulous fashions that are from this years Met Gala .Always aan eye popper and this year the theme was flowers botanical looks. Some very interesting creative fashions, especially if you love flowers. My favorite look was Demi Moore’s gorgeous gown a really stunning dress.. The bold big floral print on the dress was wow! I loved it! And she looked beautiful in it. The other gowns were lovely too. Men in floral print slacks to fun shoes . Something for everyone tastes. Keeping Warm - Fashion Style

POP of COLOR Yes it is something we all want need. Keeping warm in the cold winter months. One of favorite knit top has been my steady Look. The fact it has a large cowl neck collar that I pull up over my face when it’s windy outside. It is comfortable and feels cozy . The color is vibrant on those dull dreary days . A pop of color is nice to see during the winter season when mostly black seems to be the color of choice. The Accessories . I love to add a few accessories also. Bracelets add a little interest to the look . The three sterling silver bangles worn over sleeve looks good , as well as the multi twist bracelet. Ps The photo does not show the true color . It’s a very vibrant blue shade . Looks dull . After a few retakes no change. Camera issues.

Flying high // travel

B Time to Fly Sumer holidays are around the corner and deciding where to go or what to pack can e daunting experience. So what to pack ? Well after reading how some airlines charge passenger to check the baggage. First I believe the budget airlines started , but now the big name ones have also started to charge it! American Airlines , southwest , Air Canada . And the extra cost if is a jackpot for the airlines. I have not travel with the budget lines but have used some of the others mentioned and I won’t be booking any trips with them! Really what do they think? If the operate a service to transport you and your belongs that should be included , NOT an extra expense. Give you an idea of what they collect in these extra fees then read this report via BBC. Truthfully people need to tell these companies NO . Even a handbag is next to the list. They are making BILLIONS from from these extra fees!...
