MORE THEN FASHION

From Milan , London or NY, fashion weeks are the highlight of the season. This year it was a bit different in Paris , it showed fashion but one designer with a very unusual design.

Marine Serre designs incorporated facemasks as part of an outfit. 
Of course it was designer look, matching pieces.  
Some looked like winter balaclavas, surgical masks,
or drapes tied over the head.  
Maybe it is practical now at this time.
Even dogs can be seen wearing masks in some places.

Well once its very, very cold  then my winter woollies will be in fashion , the ski balaclava .

Fashions at the Met The time is here to see the fabulous fashions that are from this years Met Gala  .Always aan eye popper and this year the theme was flowers botanical  looks.  Some very interesting creative fashions, especially if you love flowers.  My favorite look was Demi Moore’s  gorgeous gown  a really stunning dress.. CASUAL SUMMER LOOK//fashion , styling

 Doing Denim  I sometimes like to wear something that is just more relaxed and comfortable.  For some it might be a pair of shorts, but I like a dress. Whether long or short.  I just them more comfortable and airy on hot summer days.  Denim is one look I like . It’s a casual look that can be dressed up or down, just by changing the accessories you wear with it.  Heels or sandal. Simple jewelry, watch or bracelets.  There are so many ways to style a denim dress.  A great tote to carry the necessary items, sandals and sunglasses  I would add a nice colorful scarf for the hair or simply wear tied around the neck.

SPRING LOOK //Fashion , Style, Spring

  Time for some color  Finally the weather is warmer and can wear lighter clothes. I especially like to start the summer/spring with some color .  One of my favorites is a colorful knit on I bought years ago , a Liz Clairborn design.  It’s a piece that just say spring is here. After a long  , cold winter of wearing mostly dark or muted shades it’s nice to bring out something bright a cheery.
